These policies are in place to help me continue offering the best possible service and maintain the quality and attention your orders deserve. Thank you for understanding that this is my career, not a hobby — your respect for these boundaries allows me to serve every client with care and consistency.
Payment
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your order. Orders are not added to my calendar until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due 5 days before pickup or delivery.
Once your order is paid in full, it becomes nonrefundable, as work on your order will have already begun.
Business Hours
Monday–Thursday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 12 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 12 PM (pickup only)
Sunday: Closed
These are the hours I’m available for email, inquiries, pickups, and deliveries. Any messages or order forms submitted outside of these hours will be answered once I’m open again.
Communication
All inquiries and orders must be submitted through the order form on my website.
I do not accept orders or inquiries through text, DMs, or social media messages.
If you have a question about an existing order, please reach out via email only.
Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to your quote request.
(For example, if you submit an inquiry Friday at 3 PM, you can expect a response by Wednesday at the latest.)
Pickup Policy
Saturday pickups are available from 9 AM – 12 PM only.
There are no Saturday afternoon or Sunday pickups.
Pickup times are scheduled in advance and confirmed the Monday before your order.
Please arrive on time — I schedule each pickup carefully to manage all client orders.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, you may need to reschedule for another available time.
Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.
If you are going to be late, please notify me as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours).
No-shows or uncommunicated late pickups will incur a fee that must be paid before your order can be picked up.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is available for orders $250 or more.
Orders under $250 must be picked up.
Delivery details will be discussed individually with the client.
Order Deadlines & Late Fees
All custom orders require at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Orders requested with less than 2 weeks’ notice may be subject to a rush fee, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Rush orders are not guaranteed and will be accepted only if my schedule allows.
Late fees will be discussed at the time of inquiry if applicable.
